Iron stain on the floor

Hi Friends,

In our (rental) home of Switzerland, we got iron stains (thanks to our teapoi with iron leg stands) on the floor.... The floor is of poly vinyl wood kind.... Any tips how to remove those stains?

I am not sure but try to remove it with lime and salt...???

This is what called as chella amma... ammas will know the answer before we say

The main reason is, I don't have lime chellamaa... I need to buy it during weekend... Only on saturday we do shopping... I don't go anywhere with Sidh alone, as he is creating lots of mess now a days... He just jump out of his pram, if we don't buy him what he demands... only his dad can manage... so only on sats we go out for big shoppings... Other days, if anything mandatory, I rush when he sleeps for 2 hrs in the afternoon....

It's OK, Meetu. When you buy lemon for the stains, buy some for making rasam also.

While making rasam, it is optional to use ginger...If you don't like the flavor of ginger, don't use it...

Chellamaa, I tried with a little amount of lemon drops... But somehow I felt it is making the surface rough and takes out the polish too... So didn't use it to the full
