In my opinion, mostly, it would be for financial improvement or financial independence.

I wouldnt choose one option because according to me , today , women work both for supporting family and want to be independent too..

i am happy to see your forum has discussed about working women..
can anyone discuss with me about the problems of working women in home such as managing child & going to job at the same time , tip for easy cooking while hurrying to job?
