Default Pepper Chicken Fry

Ingredients:
Chicken - 250 grams
Red chili - 5
Fennel seed - 1 tsp
Big Onion - 1
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Haldi - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Saffron powder - 1/4 tsp
Lime juice
Garlic - 2 cloves
Pepper, Jeera Powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
This recipe should have more oil for best taste.
Add 7 tsp oil in the kadai.
Fry Red chillies and fennel seeds.
Then add onion.
When it turns tranparent, add chicken pieces, roast until it turns white.
Then pour water till chicken soaks and let it boil well.
Add Garam masala, Haldi, Coriander powder, Saffron and lime juice

When the water leaves out, add mashed garlic and Pepper
If you want more spicy, Jeera powder will do.

This is Chettinad style recipe.
